Scoreloop Privacy Statement

The Scoreloop Platform is provided by Scoreloop as defined below.

1. Data Collection

With the registration at the Scoreloop Platform we will collect, progress and use your Email address and your end device ID. Additionally, only access data without direct personal reference, e.g. your IP-address, will be stored.

2. Navigation Files

Furthermore, files of small size (e.g. cookies) may be placed on your end device to facilitate your navigation by retrieving information from these files at a later point of time. You may prevent the storage of these files on your end device by appropriate setting of your end device software. If you do not accept placing of these files or delete them, malfunctions may occur.

3. Use of Data

The Email address will be provided to other users within the Scoreloop Platform in the context of challenges.

Other progressing, use and transmission of your data will occur only to the extent necessary for the execution of contract concluded between you and Scoreloop AG. Personal data may be transmitted to the respective owner of the game (especially the publisher) you are using particularly for analyses of your game play, but not for advertising purposes.

4. Google Analytics

In case you are accessing the Scoreloop website via the Scoreloop Platform (eg. FAQ, Terms of Use), we are obliged to inform you as follows:
